Scope
Kemp Carpenters were awarded this project following a competitive tender process. Works consisted of demolishing the existing asbestos containing transportable and sub-floor services while retaining the existing verandah in place.
Outcome
The new building was set out including footings dig, new sub-floor services and concrete pour to match required finish levels. Timber wall and roof framing followed with specified roofing, cladding and internal linings.
Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical services were installed as specified including all fittings and finishes.
