I have 25 years of experience in the building industry - beginning as an apprentice Carpenter, through to a qualified Tradesman and now in the position of Director of Kemp Carpenters.
During this time, I have been involved in a variety of work across many different sites and I use my experience to find the best outcome for each project we undertake.
I take great pride in seeing a project develop from the initial concept stage, through the build process (navigating any challenges presented along the way) and finally to completion and handover.
It’s always satisfying being able to turn a client’s vision into a functional building, area or space.
Lachlan Kemp

I started my apprenticeship in 2011 with Kemp Carpenters and once qualified, worked as a tradesman before heading into the office as a supervisor/project manager and finally into a role as Director.
Being able to build relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their goals, resulting in repeat work is what I enjoy.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors or a nice meal and wine.
